  Order took forever to come, driver said that it was because of the restaurant staff. Food was cold, got an iced smoothie which was only half filled, ordered a Happy Meal with a milkshake, they replaced it with Coke ?!

  The food was amazing, fresh and perfectly seasoned and salted. The service was alright, however the area in general definitely needs improvement. It was hard to find a seat and even when we did it was still covered in salt.

  I visited McDonald’s for the first time and unfortunately it will definitely be my last. I placed an order using the self-service machine, but I didn’t receive a receipt or order number, even though the money was taken from my bank account. The restaurant seemed to be prioritising Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat orders while families inside the restaurant were left waiting for long periods with their children. After waiting around 15 minutes, my son was becoming very agitated, so I went to the counter and explained the situation to a young female staff member wearing a headscarf. My order was clearly sitting on the side melting — including an ice cream and iced frappe — but instead of helping, she looked at the order and walked away without saying anything. I waited another 10 minutes before calling her back over. When I explained again, she rolled her eyes and said, “I’m getting it for you” and “as you can see, we’re very busy,” but in a very rude and dismissive manner. Despite my order being right there, she continued packing other orders and ignored us again. I then asked to speak to the manager. Sadly, he didn’t seem bothered at all. He simply said “OK” with no apology, no concern and no customer service. By this point my son was crying in his pram and the whole experience was extremely stressful. To make matters worse, I also witnessed the same staff member speaking rudely to other customers. Very disappointing experience overall. I have already contacted McDonald’s complaints team and HR regarding the incident.

  It’s was very bad because one time I clearly asked for a vanilla milkshake but when I got my order it turned out to be a strawberry milkshake and I was waiting for almost a hour just to make my order last time and this time the same thing happened I asked for a vanilla milkshake but I got a strawberry milkshake
